Cigar Rolling Exhibition (Up to 4 Hours)
50 Fresh rolled cigars on site.
THIS INVOICE IS OUR CONTRACT! PLEASE READ THIS CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU SIGN. PLEASE SIGN, PRINT YOUR NAME, AND DATE THE BOTTOM OF THE INVOICE.
Additional hours are $100/ per hour with 10 additional cigars rolled.
If your venue requires a COI you must request it 3 weeks in advance. After 3 weeks a rush fee of $50 will be applied.
In unusual weather conditions YOU must provide accommodations at your expense. (accommodations include heaters, fan, shelter ect)
If the temperature is BELOW 50 F or ABOVE 95 F the roller must be inside!
Events are not confirmed until we receive 1/2 down non-refundable deposit (UNLESS WE HAVE SPECIFIED OTHERWISE.) Deposits can be paid by Credit Card (Call us or fill the CC Authorization form attached) Or if you are local you can come in and pay by cash.
Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
IF YOU WISH TO LEAVE GRATUITY OR A TIP FOR THE ROLLER PLEASE LET US KNOW AT BOOKING ! OTHERWISE THE ROLLER WILL PUT OUT A TIP BOX OUT AT THE EVENT!
Custom label cigars are available for $5.50/each. We must have artwork 3 weeks prior or you will be charged a RUSH FEE of $75.00.
Cigars rolled at the event cannot be labeled.
IN SOUTH DAKOTA, TAX CAN ONLY BE OMITTED IF YOU HAVE A CURRENT STATE OF SOUTH DAKOTA TOBACCO PERMIT. NO EXCEPTIONS.
You must supply the following for set up at events: 8ft table, chair, electric outlet and extension cord, small trash can.
Rollers will set up 1 hr to 30 min before their start time. An Example: If you have the roller scheduled 6pm-10pm, the roller will arrive from 5pm-5:30pm to set up.

Policy: Once a proof is submitted for your approval, please review CAREFULLY. The customer is responsible for verifying the accuracy of spelling, dates, and formatting. Customers must respond to proof approvals in a timely manner to ensure prompt delivery; East River will not begin work on custom orders without customer approval and payment. Any changes to an APPROVED proof may incur additional charges at customer’s expense.
